The pharmaceutical industry plays a key role in the Hungarian economy’s change of dimension.

To support the CSR activities of local companies, the Hungarian Business Responsibility founded its special awards, called CSR Hungary. This year, Egis was awarded in the ‘Inner CSR Solutions’ category that comes with a two-year trademark right.

The inspiring work environment of Egis Trade Centre, located on Lehel Street, won the Office of the Year campaign’s annual award in the category of Community Space of the Year.

Hungarian-based Egis Pharmaceuticals acquired D-Panthenol and women’s health product portfolio from Jadran-Galenski Laboratorij’s (JGL). The company intends to further strengthen its position in major export markets, via select acquisitions.
