As the result of a close collaboration between management and employees, the new design was constructed to support project based workflows and provide a comfortable environment for meetings. “We wanted to create a community space that is different from the usual concept. While carefully constructing each and every part of the office, we considered more than 100 suggestions that we had previously received in connection with the improvement of our Trade Centre’s community space.”- said dr. Klára András, Director of Human Resources at Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC.

The new community space is filled with vibrant colors and dynamic elements, such as high-back chairs, shell armchairs, capsule-shaped pieces of furniture, and a terrace offering a great atmosphere. From a series of projects carried out during 2018, Egis was acknowledged for creating an exclusive employee experience that contributes to a more innovative workflow.
